01Status of this page
The full data processing agreement is being prepared with our lawyer. Until it is published here, business customers can request a signed copy from support@loudscene.com. The points below summarise what it will contain.
02Scope and roles
When your workspace uploads personal data about others (customers in a testimonial, team members in a video, comments from your clients), you are the controller and Loudscene is your processor. We process that data only to provide the service and only on your documented instructions.
03What we commit to
- Storage and processing in the EU (Frankfurt), with transfers outside the EU only under Standard Contractual Clauses.
- Confidentiality of everyone with access, and technical and organisational security measures (access control per workspace, encryption in transit and at rest, sandboxed rendering).
- A published list of sub-processors (see the Privacy policy) and 30 days' notice before adding one, with the right to object.
- Help with data subject requests and data protection impact assessments.
- Notice of a personal data breach without undue delay, and within 48 hours of becoming aware of it.
- Deletion or return of your data when the contract ends.
- Audit rights, normally met by providing our security documentation.
