Brand kits

When you paste a link, we open the page in a real browser, on desktop and on a phone, and take:

• Colours: the colours your page actually paints, weighted by how much of the screen they cover, sorted into background, text and accent roles.
• Fonts: the families your page uses for headlines, body and labels. A commercial font we cannot license is replaced with the closest open font, and the kit says so.
• Logo: the best candidate on the page, plus hero images and product shots.
• Words: your title, description, headings, calls to action and paragraphs, and the language of the site.
• Motion: a motion personality guessed from the site (calm brands never bounce, playful ones can).

Only public websites can be read: addresses on private or local networks are refused, and so is every redirect or request that leads to one.

Open Brand in the app, pick the kit and choose Edit. Every change shows in a live preview story before you save, with undo and redo.

Colours

Set the background, surface, text, muted and accent colours, and an optional second accent. Keep enough contrast between text and background: every video is checked for contrast and repaired when text is hard to read.

Fonts

Pick fonts for three roles: headlines, body and labels. Only open-licence fonts (OFL or Apache) are offered, all self-hosted, so the preview and the render use the same files.

Logo

Drop in your logo file, or upload several and choose the main one. Photos and graphics you upload to the kit are available to the AI as material.

Beyond the look, a kit has a profile: who it is for, taglines, words and phrases you use, words you never use, and your products, services and updates. The AI reads it on every video. New kits can also start from a preset instead of a website.

What we've learned collects what you keep, change, export and approve on this brand's videos, so new ones start closer to what you want. You can reset it at any time; your videos, kit and profile stay as they are.
