Troubleshooting
Blocked sites, wrong fonts, slow renders and other fixes.
Most problems have a quick fix. If yours is not here, write to contact@loudscene.com with the link to the video or site.
We couldn't read my website#
Brand extraction opens your page in a browser. It can fail when:
- the site blocks automated visitors (a bot challenge, a login wall, a geo-block);
- the address is on a private network, a local address or an intranet (we only read public websites);
- the page takes too long to load or answers with an error.
Try the home page instead of a deep link, or another public page of the same site. You can also start a brand kit from a preset and add your colours, fonts and logo by hand in the brand kit.
The colours or logo are wrong#
Open Brand, pick the kit and choose Edit. Fix the colour roles, upload the right logo and set it as the main one. Every new video uses the kit; for a video you already made, the editor's Brand tab has a reset to the kit.
My font looks different#
We can only use fonts with an open licence, so a commercial font from your site is replaced with the closest open one, and the kit says it was substituted. Pick a different font for headlines, body or labels in the kit's Fonts section.
Fonts are self-hosted and embedded in the player, so the preview and the MP4 always use the same files, whatever is installed on your computer.
Text is cut off or overlaps#
Every generation is checked and repaired, but a much longer text you type can still overflow. Shorten the field, or ask the chat: “make the headline fit”. Check all four formats with 0 in the editor: portrait formats have the least width.
A render is taking long#
Renders run frame by frame in the cloud, in parallel chunks, usually in about a minute or two per format. Longer videos, 4K and 60 fps take longer. Progress shows live; you can close the page and come back.
If a render fails on our side, its credit comes back automatically and you can start it again. A /try preview that runs past 12 minutes is stopped; try again later.
There is a watermark on my video#
Exports on Free carry a small corner mark and a short “Made with loudscene” end card, at up to 720p. The first export of a new workspace has none. Paid plans never have a watermark.
I hit a limit#
Credits and AI generations come in monthly amounts per plan, chat edits per video, and AI generations also have a daily safety limit. The message says which one. Buy a credit pack (5 credits) or upgrade in Billing; see Credits and plans.
