Where your data lives, what becomes public and how to delete it.

The short version of our privacy policy. Business customers can also read the data processing agreement.

Where your data lives#

Our database, file storage and render workers run in the European Union, in Frankfurt (Germany). Some sub-processors are outside the EU; the privacy policy lists them and the safeguards we use.

What becomes public#

Nothing, unless you share it. A video is visible to others only through a share link or embed you create, or in the gallery if you tick “show in gallery”.
Share pages count views without new cookies: a viewer is a salted hash of their IP address, scoped to one video.

Your content and AI#

We do not use your content to train AI models, and we ask the AI providers we use not to either.

How long we keep it#

Account and content: while your account exists. Deleted videos are removed from storage within 30 days, backups within 90.
Previews made without an account: deleted after 7 days unless you create an account to keep them.

Exporting or deleting your data#

You can access, correct, export or delete your personal data. Most of it is in Settings; for anything else write to contact@loudscene.com and we answer within 30 days.
